Frequently asked questions
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with a 5 day notice of cancellation for the original booking. Customers will receive an 80% refund with a 72 hour (3 day) notice for the original booking. Bookings already rescheduled are not eligible for a refund, only for a reschedule to a different date. Customers can reschedule their reservation up to 48 hours before, no refund will be given. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
